Ryoko Mitsurugi will do whatever it takes in order to become a "Great woman", and she believes that means  growing stronger and following the path of a samurai.  A fierce fighter and infamous peacekeeper, this kendo practitioner is popular amongst the boys and idolized among the girls.  However, things are going to flip upside down.

With the implementation of the "K-Fight" system at Daimon High School, the Shinsengumi Unit to snuff out localized gangs, and a mysterious agenda surrounding fighting entertainment, our heroine will be thrown head first into the fray and may find herself biting off more than she can chew.  So go ahead and hit the jump to catch the Real Bout High School manga review and find out if it brings the fight!

Never was a huge fan of the Metal Gear Solid series simply because I hated how slow pace it was and the emphasis on stealth.  However, from what I have witnessed in the trailers associated with Metal Gear Solid Rising: Revengeance, it seems to me Raiden prefers a more hands on approach than Snake of Metal Gear Solid does.

The story telling ability of Hideo Kojima combined with the Hack n' Slash genre mastery of Platinum Games make for a fearsome combination, but will it work?

Join me as I give this demo a thorough once over in an attempt to figure out if this collaboration brings about an amazing experience that will be well worth my hard earned money or a gift wrapped package of  full of disappointment.

Hellsing is one of my favorite anime series ever, and Alucard quickly became my favorite anime character at that point and time because of how cool and brutal he is.  Naturally I was very excited upon hearing that a new OVA was being produced that more closely followed the manga.

The release of the 10th and final episode of Hellsing Ultimate brings an end to what started on that fateful day of February 6th, 2006.  An ending that was six years in the making.

Go ahead and hit the jump and find out about what I think about this OVA and if it stacks up to the original anime and if it was really worth the wait.

Females can play just as hard, be just as competitive, and love video games just as much as any guy can right?!  That is easy to understand and accept in retrospect but in reality it is not that simple, not by a LONG shot.

Women are no strangers to sexism and discrimination when it comes to the male-dominated gaming community; often in the form of underestimation, gender-based bias, and sexual degradation...all for no reason other than being a woman.

This article is aiming to cover the reasons why these things occur to try and shed some light on why being a "Female Gamer" is not as gratifying as it may sound and in most cases, harder than it looks.

Devil May Cry is one of CAPCOM's most beloved series, and this "reboot" of the series brought about controversy and hatred you rarely see from fans, only proving how passionate they are about preserving fan favorites.  However, CAPCOM and Ninja Theory are out to prove that change is good, even if you think you may not want it.

Skeptical about this game initially, I became more and more interested the more I saw of it and fell in love once I played the demo (Which I have probably played over 50 times right now).  Finally picking up the game upon release, I await with eagerness to see what they have in store for me.  Triumph or Disappointment?  Catch the full review inside to see if DmC: Devil May Cry is a success or a failure!

Top 5 Tuesdays is a series that focuses itself on my top five anything on a given subject that is directly related to either gaming, anime, or manga.

Everyone, I do not care who you are or where you are from, has a moment in time when watching an anime that goes, "OH...MY...GOD!".  That moment where you have to wonder if you will get your brain back because it has just been blown, THAT moment.

Over the span of time that I have been watching anime I have some scenes that I can never forget, I want to compile those for you all and tell you exactly why these are the cream of my crop!

There are not many anime I would consider watching without intense fighting, blood, or tons of perverted humor.  However, when a good anime is introduced to me I never pass up the chance to watch it and so I had to finish ×××ホリック xxxHOLiC, as nothing is coincidental, it had to be fate I was introduced to this series.

You will be following the story of Kimihiro Watanuki who is dealing with an unwanted special ability to that enables him to see spirits.  One day he is drawn to a mysterious shop where he happens upon a woman, Yuuko, who will do so for him in order to be free of this burden as long as he works to pay his debt and have his wish granted.  What does he experience while in her service?  And why was he led here?  This is the ×××ホリック  xxxHOLiC anime review.

Everyone knows that I prefer Japanese anime and manga over American cartoons and comics for a variety of reasons (Story, plot, and character development just to name a few), however the preference does not prevent me from enjoying the small few that catch my eye.  And a trailer of a new DC Nation Comics Continuum Short, "Amethyst: Princess of Gemworld" did.

Starts off with a female gamer frustrated by her failure to complete a level, only to soon hear a woman call out her name saying she is needed.  Before long the female gamer is dragged into a magical doorway where she touches a crown and transforms into Amethyst, the Princess of Gem World (In magical anime girl fashion) where she is soon accompanied by a Pegasus and welcomed by her subjects.

Looking on RoosterTeeth's YouTube Channel, I was checking to see if the "W" Trailer for Monty Oum's  new animation "RWBY" had released (To no avail) but I did find a movie trailer for something called "noobz".

At first I was hype because it seemed like it was going to be a funny, interesting movie for all of us gamers out there but upon watching the trailer in full I was completely disgusted by what I saw.  This movie seems to completely stereotype gamers as being no-life, anti-social idiots who are all awkward and over-the-top.

I want to tell you why I believe this movie will only help to cement negative stereotypes for the gaming community and only give more "ammo" for non-gamers.

Hands down one of my favorite fighting games of all-time is "CAPCOM vs SNK 2: Millionaire Fighting 2001 カプコン バーサス エス・エヌ・ケイ 2 ミリオネア ファイティング" (Known in the United States as "CAPCOM vs SNK 2: Mark of the Millennium 2001").  This was definitely one of the best crossovers CAPCOM has ever done and I was anxiously awaiting an HD release since everything else seemed to be getting one, but it seems that will not be the case.

CAPCOM vs SNK 2 released again as a "Playstation 2 Classic" with no updated graphics or features.  Later they confirmed it will be coming to the U.S., but not if it would have any features or be on the Xbox 360.  I want to address why I think it should receive an HD release.
