This website was founded for the delivery of anime, manga, and gaming content from myself to all of you.  It was made by the premise of me being able to talk about the things that I live and bring it to everyone.  I have had bumps to go over and mountains to climb but I like the look of my website and I do not plan on going back on hiatus anytime soon.

This announcement is to tell you on my plans for the future, what I am going to try and do with the site, and also a few of the upcoming articles I really want to give you all to read.  Comments, suggestions, and any other things you can think of that could possibly help me are welcomed.

Top 5 Tuesdays is a series that focuses on my top five anything on a given subject that is directly related to anime, gaming, or manga.

Being a huge fan of anime and manga, there is no doubt that I wish I could collect statues of some of my favorite characters, including statues that are well made and do justice to the original character.  Even though statues for anime and manga come in a variety of formats, (Hard Resin, Cast Iron, etc.) the most common one is PVC or Polyvinyl Chloride (A combination of plastic and vinyl).

I plan on becoming a collector in the future and I want to give you the Top 5 PVC statues I have on my list to get the second I am able to do so!

KuroYami started the Ultimate Ninja Storm series back in the summer of 2011. Since then he has become one of the most prominent players in the game, being herald as one of the top players in Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm 2.

Now, not long after its release, KuroYami has risen as arguably the best player in Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Generations and is known as "The Puppet Master" for his one-of-a-kind use of Kid Kankuro.

I managed to catch up with him and sat him down long enough for an interview in between his training of others and sparring in matches.  I wanted his thoughts and opinions on the Ninja Storm community as well as how he got to where he is today.

GamesAbyss was the website I wrote for before I made RoKtheReaper.com.  I was introduced here by my friend Raikugensho, and though I did not stay long, I wrote a couple of pieces and reviews that I want to put here for everyone to read.  Things from reviews of Hard Corps: Uprising, talking about gaming in the main stream media, even an article talking about CAPCOM's greed with Downloadable Content.

I always try to give my all when I write articles, though, some of the ones here show how I was very "green" when it came to gaming editorials, but it shows a good sense of my foundation.

Feel free to comment on which ones are your favorites and which ones are your favorites.

Soft Circle French-Bread フランスパン is best known for their hit doujin fighting game "Melty Blood" with their latest iteration  "Melty Blood: Actress Again Current Code" being released in 2010.  However, seems they wanted something bigger and better it would seem by deciding to create an entirely new game that could compete in the same genre as all the other HD fighters utilizing the current gen technology; thus,  Under Night In-Birth (アンダーナイト インヴァース)  was born.

In this article I am going to attempt to cover everything I know so far; from system mechanics and character archetypes, to background details and musical ambiance,   to how I feel this game is shaping up in its totality as a fighter.

Manga Entertainment was founded by Andy Frain, which current headquarters rest in Los Angeles, California in the United States.  This company is more known for anime than manga, distributing it in various countries.

An application just recently launched on Xbox Live which allows for the watching of anime in full length movies, clips, and episodes with no extra cost as long as you have an Xbox LIVE gold membership, which is a fantastic deal.

I am going to upon up this application and see if it is everything we expect for it to be, or if the fact its free on Xbox LIVE means it is lackluster.  Read inside for details!

Top 5 Tuesdays is a series that focuses on my top five anything on a given subject that is directly related to anime, gaming, or manga.

Sometimes we love a game a lot and want the developers to further the story or give us a more enhanced experience by tweaking and adding additional content in a new game...sometimes we do not always get what we want, but that does not mean that we want it any less.

Today, I want to give you the Top 5 sequels I want made for some of my favorite games, some of which may never become a reality.  Come see what games will automatically make me empty my wallet if they are announced!

Akai Katana Shin 赤い刀・真 is a Schmup (Shoot em' up), "Bullet Hell" type game that originally debuted back in 2010 is getting an HD port and is now making its way to the Xbox 360 on May 11 (Europe)/May 15(North America) 2012 from CAVE Interactive (Known for its manic schmup games like DoDonPachi).

In this 2D Shoot em' up you are a small rebel group fighting against a tyrannical empire who have harnessed the power of the Blood Swords; powerful weapons that require human sacrifices and in turn, grant their users power.

This is my little look into Akai Katana Shin 赤い刀・真, CAVE's HD port for Xbox 360.

Anarchy Reigns (Max Anarchyマックス アナーキー  in Japan) is the next big thing coming from Platinum Games;  known for working on Vanquish, Bayonetta, and the upcoming Metal Gear Solid: Revengeance (Formerly known as Metal Gear Solid: Rising).

This is a beat-em-up brawler that is fashioned more akin to how Power Stone played back in the days of the Dreamcast, bringing back instant nostalgia and instant feelings of excitement.

Having just found out about this game, I want to talk about what I already know, what I hope from the game, as well as exactly what I am already liking/disliking about this title thus far.

Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann is one of the anime that most people consider to be a "classic", I finally watched it for myself in order to find out why and if it would live up to the hype.

Come with me as I review I join Kamina, Yoko, Simon, and the rest of the Dai-Gurren Brigade as they kick off with momentum and kick logic to the curb, breaking free of their limitations and embarking on a journey to determine the fate of the Universe.

Through heartbreaks, impossible feats, and the motivation to pierce the very Heavens themselves, I am proud to bring to you my review for the nontraditional mecha anime phenomenon...
